Questions
What firms ask on the first call.
Does an AI model do the math?
No. Models are used only to transcribe pages that local OCR cannot read, and that step is off by default. Every total, running balance, chain link and check is computed in code with exact decimal arithmetic. If a number doesn't tie out, it is flagged for a person — never passed through.
How accurate is it?
We don't quote a percentage we haven't measured on your documents. The design guarantee is different: the arithmetic is checked on every statement, low-confidence reads are cleared only when the running balance confirms them from both sides, and everything else goes to review. The pilot report shows your file's actual numbers.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere, for text PDFs and ordinary scans — processing is local. Originals are SHA-256 fingerprinted and stored read-only; every action is written to a hash-chained audit log; jobs are deleted on an agreed schedule and deletion produces a receipt. Any use of a third-party model is enabled per engagement, with the provider's current terms verified in writing first.
What about our banks and custodians?
Each institution's layout is a template — configuration, not code. A pilot adds the templates your file needs, and each one is proven against a synthetic sample before it touches client material.
What happens after the pilot?
Per-matter or per-batch pricing for ongoing work, or a monthly retainer for steady volume — priced from the pilot's time report. Firms that want the pipeline inside their own environment can commission a custom build once the value is proven.
